As you'll see from the feedback below, our after sales service is second-to-none. We will literally not rest until we are convinced you are 100% happy with your purchase and our service. We will even call you to ensure your order has arrived safely and that you are happy with it! Of course, we will occasionally make a mistake (we are human after all!) or an item might arrive damaged, but it's the way we deal with such errors that sets us apart - we will not only send out a replacement the same day but will also pay for the wrong/ damaged item to be returned back to us.
