How safe are my personal details and credit card information?
The security of our customers’ details is a number one priority for us. We work with a fully integrated and secure checkout process. Payment details are secure at all times so you can shop with total confidence!

What cards do you accept?
We accept Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

How will I know that my order is being processed?
Within 2 hours of placing your order, you should receive an Order Invoice from admin@cocomale.com. If you do not receive this, then your order has not gone through so please try again or call us on 0845 257 1104.

Do you have a physical shop?
No, we do not currently have a shop, we are an Internet- Only Retailer.

Do you have a catalogue?
Yes, click here to view our e- catalogue or fill in our catalogue request form and we will send you a copy as soon as possible.

Which courier company do you use?
We use Royal Mail and Interparcel for small items and NEXP for furniture and other large items.
 

I am not going to be in when you deliver my parcel. What will happen?
The carrier will leave a card informing you that delivery has been attempted and detailing instructions on how to obtain your parcel. Alternatively, you can specify a different delivery address during the checkout process.

Do you deliver to my country?
We are able to deliver small items to most major countries. If your country doesn’t show up on the pop down menu at checkout, please contact us and we will advise you further. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver furniture items abroad.

When will I receive my order?
Stock permitting, we try to dispatch all orders received within 24 hours (excluding large furniture items). Orders on a Standard Delivery service should arrive within 2-3 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days. We also offer a 2-day or next day delivery service at extra cost provided your order is received before 12.00. Furniture or large items marked Special Delivery are usually delivered within 3 weeks and carry an additional charge of £25. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

 

Why are items sometimes out of stock?
Every effort is made to maintain the constant availability of items featured, but due to popularity and supply issues, some products may not always be available. Generally, we can estimate when a product will be back in stock so please contact us for further details.

How do I redeem my Gift Voucher/ Discount Code online?
It’s easy. Make your selections and proceed to Checkout as usual. On the Payment page, enter your Gift Voucher number. Then click Apply Gift Voucher or Discount Code.

I need to return an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt or exchange. For more details, including the returns address, please refer to our Returns Policy.
