Can I pay over the phone or by cheque?

How will I know that my order is being processed?
Within 2 hours of placing your order, you should receive an Order Invoice from admin@cocomale.com. If you don't receive this, then your order may not have gone through so please contact us.
Do you have a physical shop?
No, but you are more than welcome to visit our offices in North Kensington, London.

Do you have a catalogue?
Our product range is ever-changing so unfortunately it does not make sense for us to produce a paper catalogue. Please check our e-catalogue instead.

Which courier company do you use?
Royal Mail and Interlink Express for small items and Kinetic Logistics for furniture.
I am not going to be in when you deliver my parcel. What will happen?
The carrier will leave a card informing you that delivery has been attempted and detailing instructions on how to obtain your parcel. Alternatively, you can specify a different delivery address during the checkout process.
Do you deliver to my country?
We are able to deliver small items to most major countries. If your country doesn’t show up on the pop down menu at checkout, please contact us and we will advise you further. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver furniture items abroad.
When will I receive my order?
All orders received before 3pm will be despatched the same day (excluding large furniture items). Orders on a Standard Delivery service should arrive within 2-3 working days. We also offer a nationwide next day delivery service as well as a same day delivery service within London.
Furniture or large items are usually delivered within 2 weeks. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Why are items sometimes out of stock?
Every effort is made to maintain the constant availability of items featured, but due to popularity and supply issues, some products may not always be available. Generally, we can estimate when a product will be back in stock so please contact us for further details.
How do I redeem my Gift Voucher/ Discount Code online?
It’s easy. Make your selections and proceed to Checkout as usual. On the Payment page, enter your Gift Voucher number. Then click Apply Gift Voucher or Discount Code.
I need to return an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt or exchange. For more details, including the returns address, please refer to our Returns Policy.
