DELIVERY TO THE UK
We know you just can't wait to lay hands on your purchase, so we do our utmost best to despatch all orders within 24 hours. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
STANDARD DELIVERY: £4.95 Will usually arrive within 2-3 days but please allow up to 5 working days. Free on orders over £100.
EXPRESS 2 DAY DELIVERY: £7.95 Guaranteed delivery within 48 hours from dispatch date, provided we receive your order before 12.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY BEFORE 9AM: £23.00 Guaranteed delivery next working day before 9am, provided we receive your order before 12.

Furniture or large items marked Special Delivery are usually delivered within 3 weeks and carry an additional charge of £25. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We are able to deliver non- furniture items to most major countries at a cost of £10 for mainland Europe and £20 for the rest of the world. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver furniture items abroad.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We want you to be delighted with the products you have chosen, so if for any reason you are not, we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund. Simply notify us of your intention to return a product within 7 days (by e-mail to returns@cocomale.com), fill in the returns form provided and send, together with your parcel, to Coco Male Ltd, Unit 409, 22 Notting Hill Gate, W11 3JE, London. Please note that a refund of the original delivery charge will only be given if the product is damaged or faulty.
